It was built with one purpose in mind to exceed the size of Paul Allen’s Octopus. This expensive yacht has 8000 feet of living space with onyx countertops and Jacuzzi bath, spa and sauna, gym and even a private cinema with very large plasma screen.

3. Lady Moura: $210 million

This 344 feet mega yacht owned by billionaire Nasser Al-Rashid. It has a swimming pool with retractable roof, 75 feet dining table made by Viscount Linley and helicopters. Lady Moura’s most remarkable feature, however, is a beach resort that slides out from one side of the boat. Mini resort not just sand and deck chairs, but even the palm trees that make the resort a truly authentic experience.

This expensive yacht had changed name 3 times since the conception. First is Platinum 525 then Golden Star, and most recently, Dubai. 525 Platinum ordered by Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei in 1996, but because of the lack of funding caused the project to be abandoned less than two years later. In 2001, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince and the current ruler of Dubai, took over the project and named it the Golden Star then changed to Dubai. A 525 feet yacht features a suite owners, five VIP suites and several guest bedrooms. Features captain bridges, offices and lounges. Foyer and atrium connecting each deck while lighting them from above through the attic window. Luxury yacht is powered by four diesel engines with more than 9,000 horse power at all.

Russian billionaire and Chelsea soccer club owner Roman Abramovich’s super yachts is 560 feet monster that requires a minimum of 70 crew members with eleven guests. They will also enjoy the swimming pool which can be dried and used as a dance floor, an additional swimming pool and an aquarium. Yacht has two helicopters, three boats and submarines.
